Nash, a traditional Victorian cottage is the perfect base for exploring Holt and the North Norfolk coast with its sandy beaches, pine forests and wide-open skies. 

Whilst having been totally refurbished in 2022 to a high standard of comfort and providing all modern amenities, the cottage retains its charm and character, ensuring you enjoy a relaxing break.

Situated literally metres from town and with its own onsite parking this really is a great place to spend time.

Downstairs there is a cosy lounge which has been fully refurbished and benefits from wooden flooring, a comfy two seater sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV with the facility to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and numerous other channels. All of the new furnishings complement the brick fireplace and freestanding wood burning stove.

From the lounge area a door leads to an inner hallway with a downstairs toilet (very unusual for this style of house) and then on through to a light and airy fully refitted kitchen/dining room which is equipped with a fitted oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Outside there is a small seating area benefitting from a table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining or a relaxing glass of wine.

Upstairs the cottage has two fully refurbished bedrooms and a newly refitted bathroom, with rain forest shower, basin and toilet. There is plenty of storage throughout for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom has a double bed with two solid oak bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has full sized single beds with solid oak bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. All beds feature brand new award winning mattresses.

1. No dogs are allowed at Nash 
   
2. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in Nash
3. The stairs at Nash are typical of a property of this type meaning they are quite steep, however there is obviously a handrail.
