| We have two excellent quality 2 bed holiday cottages located in the Georgian town of Holt. Both cottages are conveniently located right in the centre of Holt, within easy walking distance of all local amenities. Holt is located in North Norfolk close to the popular coastal villages of Blakeney, Morston, Cley and Sheringham. Both cottages offer similar accomodation located away from the main road on gravel track and are ideal for small families or couples. |

Carpenters Cottage...
Carpenters Cottage benefits from having off road parking and a location close to the town centre.
It is situated very near to the former Carpenters Arms Public House.
The cottage itself provides cosy accommodation for 4 people, with one double bedroom and one twin, both featuring original oak beams.
The bathroom is located on the first floor, with oak beam, ceramic tiled floor and shower over bath.
The property is approximately 250 years old, it has however enjoyed a number of renovations during this time, the most recent in 2002.

Crowlands Cottage...
Crowlands Cottage benefits from having an enclosed gravelled courtyard to the front and an enclosed garden with small patio to the rear.
The design is of traditional North Norfolk brick and flint; although as a relatively modern building it benefits from gas central heating, excellent insulation and double glazing and provides accommodation for up to 4 people with one double room and one twin room. The double room is equipped with a hair drier. The bathroom with ceramic tiled floor and shower over the bath is also on the first floor.
This property has the advantage of being built to a traditional North Norfolk design using flint and brick, but enjoying the convenience of modern insulation, double glazing and gas central heating.
